ROOMS
Bedrooms
are unique in design and layout and are amongst the most generous-proportioned
in the region. Nine are converted from Bysantine old caves and one from
a traditional stone arched room. The caves, insulated by the volcanic
"tuff" rock stay at a comfortable temperature throughout the year and
there are log fires in most rooms to add to the coziness when the weather
is cooler. Each room has a bath,
shower
and WC in a large bathroom, telephone, tea or coffee making facilities
and a hair dryer.

Eat
or relax in the salon or in one of the many outside terraces. The covered
terrace has a great panoramic view of the castle, old town and countryside.
The
hotel also has a large (approximately 90 square meter) Ottoman Lounge
that can be used for group activities or for relaxing in. The view again
is excellent on three sides. |
